Balancing

* Grant Combat Advantage
* If you take damage, you must make a new Acrobatics check to remain standing

Blinded

* Grant Combat Advantage
* You can’t see
* You are Slowed
* Targets have total concealment
* -10 Perception
* You can’t flank

Bloodied

* You have this condition as long as your current hit points are less than or equal to half your maximum hit points. There are no intrinsic effects that come with being bloodied, but many traits and powers interact with the Bloodied condition in different ways.

Broken

* The item is badly damaged and will need to be repaired. The penalty for using the item depends on the item’s type:
weapon or implement
* -2 attack
* Your attacks deal half damage. Ongoing damage you deal is not affected
armor or shield:
* -2 AC
tool:
* -5 skill checks

Climbing

* Grant Combat Advantage
* If you take damage, you must make a new Athletics check to avoid falling
* You must make Athletics checks to move to a new square

Confused

* You are unable to identify friend from foe (treat everyone as an enemy)
* Allies do not treat you as a willing target
* You must make opportunity attacks whenever possible, even against allies
* If a creature attacks you, you must attack that creature the following round if able
* If you haven’t been attacked since last turn, make a saving throw with a -5 penalty at the start of your turn:
failure: you attack the nearest target with a basic attack.
success: you may decide your actions for the turn

Dazed

* Grant Combat Advantage
* You only get a standard action on your turn, no move or minor (you can always drop the standard action down if you want)
* You can’t flank

Distracted X

* -X defenses

Dominated

* You are Dazed
* The dominating creature chooses your action

Dying

* You are Helpless
* You are Prone
* You can’t regain hit points
* You can take only a single move action each turn
* You make a death saving throw every turn
Special: You can only use your move action to crawl one square, manipulate objects, or perform other simple tasks approved by the DM.
Special: If you would regain hit points, instead remove 1 death counter.
Special: If you take damage, you gain 1 death counter.
Note: Some healing effects specifically remove the dying condition. The DM may choose to allow additional healing effects to do so as well, if appropriate.

Fascinated

* You are “Stunned”#Stunned
* -5 Perception
* If you are attacked or become aware of an obvious threat, this condition ends
* An adjacent ally can end this condition with a standard action

Grabbed

  • -2 attacks
  • You grant Combat Advantage
  • You can occupy the same space as the creature that has you grabbed
  • You cannot move from your square. You can teleport, and doing so ends the grab
  • If you or the creature that grabbed you is pushed, pulled, or slid, you and the creature grabbing you are pushed, pulled, or slid the same distance, remaining the same distance away as you started. If a trait, power, or ability would prevent you from being moved or reduce the distance you are moved, it also reduces the distance the creature is moved
  • You can escape from a Grab as a move action with a successful Acrobatics or Athletics check.

Helpless

* -5 defenses
